Lying Mii-kun and Broken Maa-chan ch 5 [END]

I will be making a v2 batch, so don't get any smart ideas about posting a batch on release sites or something. Chapter 1 and 3 in particular have a massive amount of mistakes. In my defense, some of the mistakes on chapter 1, such as an entire missing page, was caused by the Chinese scanlator, but it was fairly obvious in hindsight, since the vertical banner was on the same side for two consecutive pages. Well, whatever. I'll fix them all, so be sure to tell me any typos or mistakes you've found before I release the batch.

  1. wow, thanks for the final chapter. Do you know why this manga is completed with only 1 volume? If i remember correctly, it has 8 vol of light novel, right?

Also a small question : do you intend to translate the light novel too?

  3. It seems that only good series end quickly with 1-3 volumes. Too bad this wasn't a little longer, but it was still a great manga. Thanks for taking the time to scanlate it. I'll be waiting for the batch release (it's just tidier). Thanks again, /a/non.
I checked out the movie... The Japanese will turn anything into a movie and utterly destroy it with their terrible acting -_-

  6. Thanks for doing this. Was a great read, wish it was a little longer to draw out some more things. But what can you do. Still really liked it and am glad I got to read it. Keep up the great work.

  7. This is the adaptation of the movie that is the adaptation of the light novels. Hence, it's movie-sized. Well, this covered the first volume of the LNs, which was pretty self-contained anyways. As I've been saying, the LNs have just concluded as well.

    >LNs

    Fuck no

Anyways, if you guys want some consolation prize, you could watch Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko next season. It's written by Iruma as well, and directed by Shinbo to boot (man, he's everywhere recently). You could also read NisiOisin's Zaregoto, which is being published in English. I've heard that Iruma was influenced by that series.

  8. Oh, well, I've heard of a comic adaptation of an LN series that he cooperated in, called "Makai Tantei Meiousei O". The novel that is being adapted ("V in Violin") isn't the one he worked on ("W in Walking"), though.

  10. Thanks for this series! I'm still not sure what those XXXX mean, but the series was still great!
I hope the light novel gets translated :x

  11. Can you translate the novel? I really love this manga and want to know about it more :X

  12. You seem to have some difficulty in imagining the difference in scale between novels and comics. Why don't you grab an actual novel and compare just how words are on each page?

And translating novels really requires an English major with at least JLPT 1.

  13. Also, even if I were to be endowed a decent mastery of the English language, this series wouldn't be my first choice. There are other LNs series that I like more, and still aren't adapted to anime or manga.
