When I realized this months ago, I thought that I could just continue at this slow pace, if everyone would let me. However, I started to notice that the fact that I'm behind on translations makes me anxious (I should add that no commenter is at fault here; it's all stress that I give myself). Moreover, I've suffered from several bouts of depression during the last two months from my stressful (but fun) new life. I've been advised to remove sources of stress and anxiety, so here we are.
There's no point to pretending that I can still scanlate 6 series, so I'm dropping:
- Ryuushika Ryuushika - I love ABe's work, but I don't enjoy scanlating this any more.
- Boku Dake ga Inai Machi - I would love to continue this, but there's simply too much dialog.
- Pokemon Special (including BW) - This would've hurt me the most if there was no successor to me, but I think Golden Pigeot did a good job. If you're Golden Pigeot, I'd love for you to contact me. I can teach you many things.
So yeah. After watching last night's episode, I was reluctant to break any vows, but I have to get this off my chest, even if I get damned for this.
