On the back cover, you called Shaymin "Shiemi" again. On page 16, Cynthia's grandmother calls her "Shirona". On page 29, you spelled Regigigas as "Regigas".
Other than that, it's fine, though I might have missed something. Thanks for the hard worl.
What could be changed in my opinion is (else than what was already pointed out): Paka and Uji calling Giratina "him", "it" would fit better. Some balloons needed to be capitalized.
Ah, and don't forget that Charon's laughter is his individual characteristic, don't forget to keep the same sequence of ha! and he! in his laughters, hehe.
