The last month has shown me that I don't even have the spare time to sustain Arpeggio and 7o3x. Therefore I'm dropping them in hopes of opening the path for other groups eager to jump on them. I know that at least the /ak/ group might be interested in Arpeggio, so bother them about it.
I'd like to thank everyone for their support. I'm feeling much better now. To everyone else who suffers from depression: stay strong.
I'm glad to have brought these wonderful manga to you. Thank you for reading them.
That's a real shame, but youve got to do what's right for you. Thanks for all the effort you've put into your projects. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for yours translation, it was a shame that you cannot continue to translate Arpeggio.
ReplyDeleteo god noo but if you have depression try to do something new also remember a mens worth is not value by the things it has but for the time he has gotten up.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your hard work! You introduced me to many awesome stories!
ReplyDeleteAww.. Well, thanks for introducing me to some great series.. And thanks for all the great work!
ReplyDelete...now if you'll excuse me, I'll find a corner to wallow in untill someone else picks 'em up.
Thanks for all your hard work! Specially for pokespe and 7o3x.
ReplyDeleteThanks for making it this far! I certainly hope someone else picks up moe battleships.
ReplyDeleteYou've done your absolute best, nobody can fault you for that. Relax and rest well, you sure as hell have earned it!
ReplyDeleteStill, congratilations for all your hard work.
ReplyDelete:sigh: Another one bite the dust.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck /a/non and come back to us soon. You are a quality manga scanlator and we expect more from you.
Thanks for all your great work.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a real shame, as I don't see anyone else translating a lot of your projects, like Noririn, Nanika Mochigatte Masu ka and Ryuushika Ryuushika. Arpeggio of Blue Steel might find a good home though, let's hope.
It's all cool.
ReplyDeleteStay well!
Is Pokémon translation still happening?
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the translations! I found some gems I wouldn't have given even a first look, much less a second, if you didn't pick them up.
ReplyDeleteNUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! welp, thanks for all your hard work.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon.

Thanks dude, don't worry. Someone will some day scanlate your titles if they find them interesting. If not that means no one liked it that much. That's what I said to myself when I stopped a long some time ago.
ReplyDeleteAbout the depressing thingie...stress is not good so it's a good thing you stop scanlating. You should drop WOW too :p Get a light lamp, I dunno how dark it gets but it helps. Exercising helps too and so does reading manga instead of scanlating. ;)
Good luck with your future life. If you one day want to come back to the scanlation community, you do just that. No one can stop you from leaving or come back. It's your choice, you are in control. All the best!
Ah ... so no more 7O3X eh
ReplyDeleteI was brought here by Pokéspe originally, but I'm so glad I found as wonderful a series as 7O3X, and thank you, sincerely, for all the hard work you put in scanlating that series. Still super-hopeful that it will be picked up by someone or other, but in any case, thank you for these 28 chapters.
Wish you all the best.
its been over a month since ive read this post but i hope youre doing well. as someone with depression i also know how hard it is to do well... lots of things if not everything, basically. and please above all else dont feel bad about dropping anything-- thank you for scanlating and making the past few years of my life a little sunnier. you have a vip reservation in my heart
ReplyDeleteThank you for everything, I wish you the best of luck in whatever you do :)
ReplyDeleteLove Arpeggio <3
Just found out about this today. It's a pity, but I totally respect your decision and wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Thanks! :D
ReplyDeletesame boat as auriga. luckily, the thing that led me to check was a new release of 7o3x by another group! your legacy will not fade, for it is you that has introduced the fanbase of this series :)
ReplyDeleteSuch a shame you dropped both series... You were such a great translator and scanlator. :(
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your work.
ReplyDeleteThank you for all your hard work in Arpeggio. I enjoyed reading it immensely, and it's my all-time favourite sci-fi/mech series.
ReplyDeleteNo hope from the /ak/ corner and no hope from official version. Sigh. Gotta hunt us down some editor and translator to do it.
