To buy the CD or book, you'll probably need a coupon from those issues of Young King Ours (and maybe volume 4 of the manga) and a Japanese mailing address (available from some of the Yahoo Japan Auctions proxy services). Looks like the book will have a Takao story, production sketches from the manga (probably like the ones for Takao and Iona) and some 4-panel strips.

According to the natalie.mu link, the CD will be 1200 yen and the book will be 1000 yen with an order cutoff date of December 28th.
