ReplyDeleteNo, though given that this arc is completely original, I think we'll see longer gaps such as the five months between volumes 38 and 39.

ReplyDeleteNo, this is the last of the Platinum chapter (arc) that was published in the magazines. The next volume will be 100% new material that we've never seen before (which only makes it more exciting).

Thanks for the chapter, but I noticed a few mistakes.
ReplyDeleteIn the page 148 (as it appears named on the file), you refer to Shaymin as "Shiemi".
In page 171, you refer to Rotom twice as "Rotoms".
Then there's the mistake of calling Rotom a legendary Pokemon, but that's the writers', not yours.
Thanks for the Chapter and also for the whole Volume! You're so great, translating this and also all the other Manga you're doing.

Aw fuck, I checked all of the other legendaries' names, but forgot about Shaymin/Shiemi.
ReplyDeleteI have been noticing that this volume had some writing mistakes. For example, back during Platina vs. Thorton, she said that Miracle Eye makes attacks that shouldn't be effective work (instead of just Psychic attacks on Dark Pokemon).
Thanks for the translations, great as always. Only one problem: the Megaupload link for the volume 39 batch 2400p links to the psd source for chapter 430.

No. The Platinum chapter came out in Japan in 2008. The volumes didn't come out until 2011, though...
